... How long is a Nap like for real. When does a "Nap" become going to sleep? The other day I took a "Nap" and it lasted 13 hours. Was I going to sleep or napping? Or does napping have to do with the time of day? This has been bugging me.

....I would say that's sleeping...like...I think napping is anything under or including three hours.
